Iron Movers provides moving, hauling, and junk removal services on an “as-is” basis. While we take every reasonable precaution to ensure safe and professional service, Iron Movers is not responsible for delays, damages, or service interruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, traffic, property access limitations, customer-provided information, or acts of third parties.
Information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding agreement unless confirmed in writing by Iron Movers.
Refund Policy - The Basics
Iron Movers does not offer refunds once services have been performed or initiated.
All sales are final. By booking and accepting services, the customer acknowledges and agrees that payment is non-refundable, including but not limited to labor, transportation time, and disposal fees.
In the event of a service concern, Iron Movers may, at its sole discretion, offer a service adjustment or credit if deemed appropriate. This does not constitute an obligation to provide a refund.
All services provided by Iron Movers are non-refundable. By scheduling and accepting our services, customers agree that all charges are final. Any service concerns must be reported within 24 hours of completion.
