Terms & Conditions

Iron Movers provides moving, hauling, transportation, and junk removal services within Central Florida. Services are performed based on the details provided by the customer at the time of booking.

All quotes and estimates are based on the information provided by the customer and are subject to change if job details differ, including but not limited to additional items, time, distance, labor, or access challenges. Final pricing will be confirmed upon completion of services.

Payment is due in full upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Accepted payment methods will be communicated prior to service. Failure to submit payment may result in additional fees.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate job details

• Ensuring clear access to items being moved or removed

• Securing or removing valuables, fragile items, or personal belongings prior to service

Iron Movers is not responsible for items left inside furniture, boxes, or appliances unless disclosed in advance.

Iron Movers takes care to handle items responsibly. However, we are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage

• Damage to items not properly packed or disclosed

• Damage to items of extraordinary value unless prior arrangements are made

Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

By requesting junk removal services, the customer confirms they have the legal right to dispose of the items. Iron Movers reserves the right to refuse removal of hazardous, illegal, or restricted materials.

Iron Movers reserves the right to refuse or stop services if conditions are unsafe, inaccessible, or violate local laws or regulations.

Iron Movers’ liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. Under no circumstances shall Iron Movers be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

By booking or using Iron Movers’ services, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
